Requirements:

RARE Science, Inc., a non-profit organization that helps find cures for kids with rare diseases. Join Dorothy Simoneaux and become a member of the RARE Bear Army of volunteers by making a one of a kind bear for a special one of a kind kid. Dorothy will instruct you on the specific guidelines used to make the bear. Your special Gifted Bear will have a serial number specifically made for a child. At the completion of the class the bears will be collected and shipped to RARE Science. OPTIONS: -If this is your first time taking this class you will need to purchase a Kit" ($17.95- includes pattern, specific ID tag/feet, fabric) - If you've already taken the class & have the pattern, you will only need to purchase the bear feet, tag and fabric. - If you have the pattern from the previous class and want to use fabric you already have, it MUST BE 100% quilting cotton fabric. No embellished fabric of any kind please! Try and use fabrics that would appeal to a child. You will still have to purchase tag/feet.
