Beginning Needle Tatting Workshop
Needle tatting is easier than shuttle and if you can hold a pencil, you can needle tat. During the workshop you will learn how to tat a simple edging that can be used with heirloom sewing projects, how to read a written & a diagram pattern, and how to add in thread.

| Instructor Bio: | Christy Castille was inspired by her great grandmother's tatting shuttles and learned tatting at the age of nine. Many of her tatted items are inspired by vintage patterns. You can find Christy demonstrating at many folk life events or handmade shows. She proudly shares the history of tatting, teaches others how to shuttle tat, and encourages everyone to pass on their heritage to the next generation. |
