Rope Basket
Basket making is easy and fun with unlimited possibilities! This rope basket is 10" in diameter and 4" high an embellished with fabric strips and a big beautiful button.
What To Bring to Class:
- Sewing machine with a slide on table, power cord, foot control (general knowledge of machine operation)
- Zig Zag foot or walking foot
- 1/2" fabric strips (several) in your stash, all one color or many different colors
- Approximately 4 filled bobbins or one large bobbin if you are a Bernina machine owner
Supply List: (10% discount if supplies are purchased at MSS)
- 30 yards of 3/16" solid braid rope
- Jean or denim needle
- Aurifil 50 wt thread, #2312 or 231
A minimum of three students will be required. We reserve the right to cancel this class if the class minimum is not met three days prior to class.
