beginner
Skill Details:
You will construct a three piece layette consisting of a basic daygown with shadow embroidery accent, a baby blanket and a handkerchief bonnet. White or pastel colors are best suited for this project since shadow embroidery will be added. The daygown pattern used is "Sutton" from Children's Corner. You can keep it simple or use lace, piping or a decorative stitch to add that special little touch. Susan will show you how to make a basic baby blanket and handkerchief bonnet that doesn't require a pattern.

Designs for shadow work and floss will be provided by instructor.
